IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!

Avery Jane arrived on Thursday, September 25 at 5:13pm after 19 hours of labor. She weighed in at 7lbs 11oz and was 21 inches long. She is perfect and healthy in every way -- the tiny little miracle we had all been waiting for. And she was so worth the wait!!

Congratulations! I just randomly found your webpage via google reader and discover we have very very similar stories. And now I'm due next Wednesday. I hope my little girl is as cute as yours!! All the best! Too bad you're east coast... I'd try to schedule a play date. You seem like a nice person. :) Good luck with all!

I am so happy for you. I, along with many others, share a similar story of your initial loss. My husband and I are trying again and I hope soon I can share the same joy that you have in a child.
Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl.

I don't know if you still write in this blog, but I read you story today through tears of heartache happiness and hope. I too experienced trauma (at 35 weeks the "cord of life" took her life). It's not easy to get through the challenges of life but they strengthen us in mysterious ways.
Six months later I'm pregnant again and pray for life!!!
